One time I requested a new refrigerator for a minor issue, and they replaced it within 3 days. Matt who took care of our property was kind, professional, and super responsive; any maintenance issues that arose were taken care of within a day or two. "Highly recommend 3 amigos for your rental needs! My husband and I are currently building a house and needed a place to stay for a couple months. Obviously finding a rental for that time frame is IMPOSSIBLE. I reached out to Roxanne in Holmen at the halfway creek apartments and asked if they had any options. She said they typically don’t do month to month but she had a unit moving out early that we could finish his lease. She made the process a breeze with the deposit online and the application. We ended up not needing the unit as our house will be done sooner so she got it re-rented in no time and took care of us with getting us out of the lease. This company is incredibly friendly and personable. They understood life happens and do everything they can to help!!"

"River's Edge is a wonderful place to live where the environment is built upon a warm and inviting community atmosphere. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and so nice to come home to. The location along the river is fantastic, especially at sunset and the outdoor patio only enhances the scenic views. There are many great attributes to River's Edge but perhaps one of the best is the outstanding staff. The leasing office is always there for your needs and concerns and graciously responds to them quickly. The maintenance staff always makes sure the property is very well maintained both inside and out. Professional, courteous, and friendly best describe the wonderful staff here. Needless to say, I love it here! "
